The site comprises three pools , one of which is set aside for beginners to learn the art of fly fishing or if they prefer to do some bait fishing with worm or sweetcorn.
Novice Lake
Our beautiful novice beginner lake offers fantastic fun for beginners learning the art of fly fishing, bait fishing is also allowed.
The novice pool is stocked with Rainbows and tiger trout up to about 3lb in weight. These fish are fairly easy to catch, giving the beginner some good fun whilst learning the art of angling.
Coarse Lake

The coarse lake here at Sevenoaks fisheries offers our anglers a chance to catch our hard fighting carp, tench, bream, roach, rudd and perch. Set in the beautiful vale, its your choice. Either relax in your spot in the shade and wait for a fish to come to you, or go searching for them in different parts of our lake. You won’t be disappointed.The coarse lake is stocked with mirror, wild and common carp 20lb +, Bream to 8lb +, Perch to 5lb + along with Tench, Roach and Rudd.
Fly Lake
Our large fly lake offers an enjoyable days fishing, as well as a chance of catching some of the biggest fish in the uk. Come along and hook one of our hard fighting fish.
We stock top quality fish averaging 3lb and up to a staggering 30lb. Come to Sevenoaks for an enjoyable low cost days fishing.

Rules for fishing the Lakes
Fly Lake
- Single fly only.
- Maximum size 10 longshank.
- All brown trout to be returned.
- No boobies, wagglers or bombs.
- Minimum 4lb leader – max 8lb.
- Anglers must carry landing nets and priests.
- No Rod sharing.
- No Bite Indicators or sight bobs.
- When bag limit is reached you are required to stop fishing or purchase another ticket.
- No wading
Course Lake
- Barbless hooks only.
- NoKeepnets.
- No boilies, seeds or trout pellets.
- Minimum 4lb line.
- Max hook size 12.
Please discard all litter in bins. This is to avoid death or injury to local wildlife.
Courtesy to other anglers is expected ar all times.
Please avoid standing too close, or casting across other fishers.
